You can return an item within 14 days after receiving your order.
Just inform us by email (global@shoprolling.com.br) with your order number, product you wish to return and the reason. We will get back to you with instructions within 5 business days.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
IMPORTANT:
Legwear (socks, tights, leg warmers, knee pads) is not returnable.
Rolling does not offer exchanges, only store credit or refund.
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
IMPORTANT: If your order has an item scheduled for later shipment, the shipping period starts counting from the date informed at the time of purchase. Please check the product's description for more information.
